look at the "Technology!" skill on my sheet. that will cover virtually everything you need, except hacking perhaps.
as far as the space support option, i think that immunity to metabolic hazards actually covers the detrimental effects of heat/cold, and of acceleration, because it specifically says that it prevents things that effect only biological entities, other than raw damage (with regen covers). Examples of the 30pt version of the power include toxins, disease, the bends (pressure), and a couple other things.

I am working on Innate attack to add effects to my bite. It was confusing at first, but there is a lot I can do for fairly cheap. My +5 claws can now partly bypass dr and my bite might both cause the very fat diasdvantage and a -5 to str. good times.

I like symptom. 1/3 of the opponents HP gone and it automtaically takes effect. I can add more effects too. Still working out which is cheaper. I think affliction since I can make them very fat then give them a heart attack if they roll poorly. Hilarious and I'll work it ito my story.

I'm confused again. If using Teeth +2 to cause the affliction or symptom, how do I figure this.
It seems like Affliction has a base cost of +10/level.
Symptom has no point cost, only listing the percent increase for each effect. So do I add this to Teeth? Innate attack doesn't really apply.
Help?

add to the teeth, because that's the weapon and it's a damage type.

Ok, with Teeth +2 I am looking at a 7.5 cost to add the Very Fat Symptom once 1/3 of the opponents HP is lost. To add Heart Attack at a higher threshold of 2/3 is another 6 points.
So for a total of 15.5 points, I have large teeth that make you fat and have a heart attack. Now, I just need to add DR bypass...

Ugh. OR, Affliction for 5.25 points I may attack with Teeth +2 and if hit, the opponent rolls HT to see if he becomes fat. If he fails at -5 or so, he also has a heart attack.
Whic is better?

the latter one. I really hope you get a chance to use that power. Course, you could always just thaw out some technician and eat his face.

last page. you know, where my character is posted at. it has a list of skills that are under it.
basically, it is just a wildcard skill. look in the character building stuff under skills, and in one of the boxes that are colored differently you will see them described. there are a few examples listed, and the rules.
you select a group of skills that count as one, it is a very hard skill in complexity, and you pay 3x as much as you normaly would.
i took a few more than most characters because of my backgound (in character for supers) and because my rolls are going to be low anyway.

Are skills really this cheap? If I read this correctly, I just use the chart on page 170 to find the difficulty and match it to the attribute + or - and pick how much I want to pay.
So I buy Carpentry (IQ/Easy). My IQ being 13, I can buy this at rank 13 for 1 point. Really?

yep. skills suck. atts are where its at. that's why the atts cost so much. buy 10 skills at 1 each, and then spend the points to up the controlling att, and you've just gotten +1 to each skill.
you should note however, that if you want better skill rolls past 20, i think that you have to have skills higher than your att, because if your att is >20, you treat it as 20 for the purpose of rolls.
also, racial templates do not count against disadvantage limits. important to note. i'm remaking since i have to get rid of points anyway. i will be stronger. faster. better.

I made my own template. Included a lot of disadvantages in it. Monstrous, etc. Could not find a good premade Lizardman template. The one is Banestorm sucks.
Also, Psionics are weird. So I just buy an advantage and call it a psi power? Then I can resonably add some disadvantages (always on, uncontrollable, etc). Weird. Makes some of my abilities make more sense I guess (Empathy, Ehanced Move: Water, etc). Then I can buy mind blast stuff later. Weird.

sort of... i think u may be able to do it another way, or use magic... but the way u described is best i think.
also. remember the disads used in your template don't count against your max disadvantages.
