I will be cut/pasting info from the fluff sections of the various trinity guides here as time goes by, mainly the stuff i view as super important/necessary.

LINKS TO FIELD GUIDES, PLAYERS GUIDE, AND CORE BOOK
(steven, if you can link psi laws, noetic science, alien races, extrasolar colonies, and whatever other field guides there are, along with the core book and PG, that would be great.)
The first section of each of these is great for background. The field guides are very small, and read like introductory primers on their given topic matter. The core book includes the rules, and the HISTORY, which is VERY IMPORTANT for understanding the setting.
The PG has a lot of info on the setting as well, and is probably the best bet for really getting into detail on the general info.
Enjoy your reading. For my next post I will try to get a bit from the location books up, or at least the parts that are character appropriate. For those actually interested in reading the full location info for their characters' backgrounds the books can be made available.

The books are up here: http://www.lostknightsrpg.org/temp/
I will only leave them up until everyone has them, at which point I will take them down. The Field Report files are much smaller than the player's guide and core book.
Edit: PG and Core are taking some time to upload. If you don't see them, check back a little later (they should be done by 8pm CST, though)

“Live a good life. If there are gods and they are just, then they will not care how devout you have been, but will welcome you based on the virtues you have lived by. If there are gods, but unjust, then you should not want to worship them. If there are no gods, then you will be gone, but will have lived a noble life that will live on in the memories of your loved ones.”

Fuck if I know. Don't have a Mac.
There's no option to like... right-click it and 'Save as'? Does the browser have a menu option for that? Does the reader you're using have an option to save the file? I don't know. I just don't. Make it work.
Edit: I'll also say this. If its letting you open them then it HAS to be transferring the data to your computer. You just need to figure out a way to keep it there.

those are pdfs, so if you are viewing them you should have the underlay from adobe. There is a button that looks like an old 3.5" floppy which, if clicked, allows you to 'save a copy'.
Otherwise, fill the bathtub with water, drop your mac in while it's still on, and go buy a real computer.
I've recently come to feel though, josh, that mac makes a good computer for you. It's shiny, it makes cool noises, and its keyboard is physically rigid enough to handle the abuse that comes with your particular typing technique.
Doesn't something magical happen when you do like, cloverleaf + click or something, (what is that doodle called, Doodle, right. Doodle+click to get a useful menu.)
I think there is a right click somewhere for touchpad users, there's no right mouse button on the mac mouse, which makes perfect sense. Who here's using a 5-button gaming mouse?

I have come to the conclusion that macintosh makes some of the most expensive, versatile toys that both adults and children can enjoy. Now that virus designers have turned their attention to the mac, which once had security through obscurity, the problems that mac and pc each have are becoming more alike.
All I can say is that every interaction I've had with a mac has been fraught with frustration and outrage. Yeah, that time I tried to copy files from a cd to the desktop and it just made shortcuts, and then crashed? Yeah. Haven't had any good experiences with mac.
If what you want is a box that is fairly reliable, can do the internet (mostly), and will use itunes rather smoothly for your ipod, then by all means. But the only way mac really competes with pc is by running boot camp, which...more or less defeats the point entirely.

Okay...so I messed around on my computer and actually found getting the books was quiet easy, I just saved the files to my desktop. You shouldn't blame the computer for my inability to use it. I love my Macbook, and it loves me back, and it showed me boobies...and I liked those too.
