The setting is New York city.

The reason, the Venom Symbiote doesn't want competition for the awesomest spineless organism award.

Robin Williams with a Venom suit...wow, the next level.

He should fight 'The Mask'. Then once he wins he can put 'The Mask' on over the Venom face. Talk about a no win situation for that city.....
